DAY 01

MUMBAI – ROME

Passengers are requested to report 03 Hours before their scheduled flight. Board the flight to Rome. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Arrive at the hotel and check in at the hotel ( International Group Check in time : Post 03 pm ). Later in the evening, Proceed for Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 02

ROME – FULL DAY CITY TOUR WITH VATICAN CITY

After Breakfast, proceed for the City tour of Rome. Visit sites like the Colosseum (outside view), the Trevi Fountain etc. Also visit the Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica. Overnight at the hotel.

ROME – PISA – VISIT TO THE LEANING TOWER OF PISA

After Breakfast, check out & proceed towards Pisa. Upon Arrival visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World  - Leaning Tower of Pisa. Later drive down to Florence. Check in, post Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

PADOVA (VENICE) – ST. MARK’S SQUARE – MURANO GLASS MUSEUM - GONDOLA RIDE

After Breakfast, proceed to visit St. Mark’s Square on Venice Island. At the island also visit the Murano Glass Museum. In the Afternoon, enjoy the famous Gondola Ride on the Venetian Canals. Later in the evening return back to Padova. Proceed for Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

PADOVA (VENICE) – INNSBRUCK

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed towards Innsbruck - Austria. Arrive at Innsbruck / Area and Check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 07

INNSBRUCK - SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL WORLD – INNSBRUCK / AREA

After breakfast, proceed for a short Orientation tour of Innsbruck and witness the Golden Roof.     Post lunch, proceed towards the spectacular Swarovski Crystal World. Evening is free to explore Innsbruck. Post dinner return back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

INNSBRUCK - VADUZ – RHINE FALLS – ENGELBERG

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Vaduz - the capital of the principality of Liechtenstein. You can also take the Toy Train Ride for 35 minutes to see the city (Optional) or take a very special immigration stamp of this country on your passport (Optional). Post Lunch, further proceed towards Switzerland and stop at the Rhine Falls on the Swiss Border. You can enjoy the Boat Ride at Rhine falls (Optional). Later we shall  drive down to Engelberg. Check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

ENGELBERG – MT. TITLIS WITH ICE FLYER - ENGELBERG

After breakfast, proceed towards Mt. Titlis – for a High-Level Mountain Experience at 3020 Meters. Enjoy exciting activities in a fascinating glacier world such as Titlis Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car to the mountain top and a walk on the Titlis Cliff Walk. Also, enjoy the thrilling Ice Flyer ride – Exclusively with us. Return back to the base and then to the hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

ENGELBERG – ORIENTATION TOUR OF LUCERNE - LAKE LUCERNE CRUISE – INTERLAKEN – HARDER KULM VISIT

After breakfast, check out proceed towards Lucerne for an Orientation Tour of Lucerne. Visit the Lion Monument and the Chapel Bridge. Post lunch, enjoy a beautiful ride on “Lake Lucerne Cruise”- Exclusively with us. Later proceed to Interlaken. Upon arrival, proceed to visit Top of Interlaken – Harder Kulm by a Funicular Train – Exclusively with us to enjoy Panoramic Views from the top. Later Check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

INTERLAKEN – JUNGFRAUJOCH – INTERLAKEN

After Breakfast, proceed to visit Jungraujoch onboard the New Eiger Express to The Top of Europe; situated at an altitude of 11,333 ft. above sea level. Enjoy a day of fun and snow. Return back to the base and the evening shall be free to explore the beautiful Interlaken on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

INTERLAKEN – ORIENTATION TOUR OF BERN - GENEVA

After Breakfast, check out and proceed for an Orientation Tour of Bern – The Capital City of Switzerland. Visit the Old town of Bern - Exclusively with us. Post lunch proceed to Geneva. Check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

GENEVA – ORIENTATION TOUR – TGV TRAIN – ILLUMINATIONS TOUR OF PARIS - PARIS

After Breakfast, check out and proceed for Orientation Tour of Geneva, including United Nations Headquarters, Jet D’eau Fountain, Floral Clock and Lake Geneva Etc. Proceed for lunch & then to the train station to board the TGV Train to Paris – Exclusively with Us. Arrive in Paris & proceed for dinner. Proceed for the Illuminations Night Tour of Paris - “City of Lights” – Exclusively with Us. Check in at the hotel. Overnight at the Hotel.

PARIS – CITY TOUR OF PARIS - EIFFEL TOWER – SEINE RIVER CRUISE

After breakfast, proceed to visit The Eiffel Tower – 3rd level. Post Lunch proceed for the Orientation Tour of Paris city and drive past the famous Opera, the Champs Elysees and witness the Arc de Triumph. Also visit famous perfumery in Paris to experience the process of making perfumes. Later proceed for the Seine River Cruise through the Heart of Paris. Overnight at the hotel.

PARIS - EXCURSION TO DISNEYLAND

PARIS – BRUSSELS – ORIENTATION TOUR OF BRUSSELS

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Brussels. Upon arrival, visit the Atomium (Photo Stop only). Post lunch continue further with the Orientation Tour of Brussels. Visit the Grand Place and Manneken Pis.  Post dinner, check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

BRUSSELS – ANTWERP - JAIN TEMPLE VISIT - AMSTERDAM AREA – CANAL CRUISE

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed towards Antwerp. Upon arrival visit the Parshvanath Jain Temple for Darshan – Exclusively with us. Post Lunch, continue the drive to Amsterdam. Arrive into Amsterdam area and later in the evening admire the canals of Amsterdam on a Canal Cruise. Post dinner, Check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

AMSTERDAM AREA – MADURODAM - ZAANSE SCHANS VILLAGE

After breakfast, proceed to Madurodam – Holland in Miniature. Post lunch visit the Zaanse Schans village for Cheese, Clogs and Windmills experience. Later proceed to visit city center of Amsterdam and free time at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

  • There are no refunds for any unused service eg: meals, sightseeing etc.
  • In Europe most of the hotels Do Not have Air-Conditioners in their rooms as they enjoy more of cold climatic conditions.
  • In Europe tap water is safe to drink therefore we request you to carry an empty bottle with you which you can fill whenever you wish to.
  • Some of Hotels in Europe may not have tea making machines in rooms it’s advisable to carry your own tea kettle machines while on tour.
  • It is mandatory to follow the Vaccination pre requirement of each country being visited during the tour and shall be the responsibility of the travelling guest.
  • One full paying Adult or Child is allowed to keep only one piece of Big Bag and one piece of Back pack in the bus luggage space. Any additional baggage shall be charged at 50 Euros per piece of bag.
  • Incidentals like drinks, snacks, in-room dining, TV channels, any room damages in the room, bathroom water overflow etc. while your stay at respective hotel will have to bear & borne by clients.
  • The Drivers Have To Follow The European Union Rules And Regulations And Cannot Exceed Their Driving Hours, It Is Advisable To Follow The Instructions For The Timings By The Tour Leader / Driver.
  • The Pisa / Florence, Interlaken and Paris Itinerary days might be changed and shuffled to accommodate the event days or weekends. The final itinerary shall be informed while on tour, however all the inclusions shall be provided.
  • During the visit to Eiffel Tower – We have planned to visit the Level 3 – Summit, however sometimes in peak season, due to congestion or any other reason the Summit is closed for visit. In such a situation, we shall only visit Level 2 by Lift and no refunds shall be given for not being able to visit Level 3.

Tour Booking Procedure

 

1. Choose Departure Date:

  • Choose your preferred date of travel from the abundant travel dates available and connect with our offices for further information and detailing.

2. At the Time of Booking:

  • A Non Refundable Booking Deposit of INR 50,000 per person to be paid for confirming your seat on the selected departure date.
  • Clear Scanned Passport Copies of all the travelling guests.
  • PAN Card Copies of all the Adult travelling guests.
  • If your travel date is within 60 days of the booking of your tour then please provide all the above documents along with the visa related documents.

3. Payment Procedure (Per Person):

  • Rs. 50,000 – To be paid at the time of booking (Non Refundable).
  • Balance INR Portion to be paid within 30 days of the booking date.
  • 100% of the Euro Amount to be paid 30 Days prior to the date of departure from India.

Please note:

  • We are Tour Operators who are taking your booking for our tour date. We shall adhere to the statutory requirements of the Consulates of Various Countries and provide you with a list of documents to be produced.
  • We will then apply for your visas at the respective consulates along with the documents given by you. During Peak Holiday Season, the processing time of visas is uncertain and usually increases substantially. The dispatch of passport, with visa granted or refusal of visa shall solely be at the discretion of the concerned Consulate office and at no point we can be made responsible for the same.
  • The Consulate office provides for additional services like Premium Lounge, Courier of Passport or SMS Facility, etc. Any such facilities shall need to be paid directly by the guest and are not included in the visa charges as mentioned above.
  • Any additional charges incurred due to the refusal of visa shall be at the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Incase of Refusal/Delay of Visa:

  • Incase of the Schengen Visa not being granted, the guests may choose to reapply the visa, however all the charges for the reapplication shall be borne by the guests.
  • Incase the guest is unable to travel due to visa not being granted or delayed, cancellation charges for Air Ticket, TGV, Disneyland, Mountain Peaks, 04 nights in Hotels and any other non refundable services booked already shall be applicable in addition to the visa fees with service charges paid to the application centre.
 

Required Visa Documents

1) Travelling as a Couple:

  • Passport: Original Passport, valid for at least 06 months from the date of travel with at least three unused/blank pages. The passport should not contain any observation. If there is an old passport, then please provide the same as well. If the old passport is lost then please provide the FIR copy of the lost passport.
  • Photographs: 4 pieces of RECENT Colour Photographs (35mm x 45mm), White Background, Matte Finish, 80% Face should be visible. The photo should be clicked without any eyewear, hats, caps, masks etc. Ears should be clearly visible and Lips should be closed.
  • Incase of Self Employed:
    • Original Covering Letter on the Company Letterhead signed by the applicant (Business Owner) with the name, designation & Landline number. The Letter should clearly mention the dates of travel and details about – who shall bear the expenses of the planned trip.
    • Copy of Personal ITR Challans for last 03 years with bar code
    • Copy of Company ITR Challans for last 03 years with bar code
  • Incase of Employed:
    • A leave letter on the Company Letterhead from their employer with seal of the company shall be required. The letter should clearly state the designation of the applicant in the company and the length of their service tenure.
    • It should also mention the length of the leave being sanctioned, the travel dates of the applicant. Along with this Salary Slips of last 06 months are also required. The letter must also have the physical address as well as the contact details (Landline number, the designation and the signature of the authorized signatory.
    • Copy of Personal ITR Challans for last 03 years with bar code
  • Bank Statement: Original Updated Bank Statement for the last 3 months with Applicant’s name, Account number along with seal and sign from the bank on each page.
  • If the couple is newly married, a marriage certificate is mandatory during visa application. The same needs to be carried during the time of travel also.

2) Travelling as a Family:

  • All the above mentioned documents are required.
  • Children’s Birth Certificate (Incase of them being minor). To be carried during travel as well.
  • For Students need to provide – ID Card Copies from School / College / University.

3) Child Travelling Without Parent(s):

  • If a child (below 18 years of age) is travelling without parents then the parents are required to be present at the consulate centre for signing a consent form and the visa form must be signed by either one of the parents.
  • Notarized NOC, signed by both or either parent(s) on a Rs. 100 stamp paper needs to be submitted.
  • Passport copy of the parents for purposes of Signature Verification.
