• Internal fight transfer shall be given as per the group flight timings.
• There are no refunds for any unused service eg: meals, sightseeing etc.
• Only To & Fro Coach Service Will Be Provided During the Park Visits in Orlando.
• Arrival transfer shall be given only once at a fixed time to passengers arriving at the San Francisco Airport.
• Packed Lunches will be provided only on the days of transfer to Universal Studios, Grand Canyon & Parks in Orlando.
• Departure transfer shall be given only once at a fixed time to passengers departing from the John F. Kennedy Airport, New York City.
• During the entire duration of your tour, there might be 2 or 3 days where we shall have a long drive of around 8-9 hours with appropriate breaks
• Tap Water throughout the USA Is Drinking Water and is Safe to Consume and therefore request you to carry an empty bottle with you which you can fill whenever you wish to.
• The Itinerary days might be changed and shuffled to accommodate the event days or weekends. The final itinerary shall be informed while on tour, however, all the inclusions shall be provided.
• Incidentals like drinks, snacks, in-room dining, TV channels, any room damages in the room, bathroom water overflow etc. while your stay at respective hotel will have to bear & borne by clients.
• We have purposely not included the cost of main Airline tickets in the given price considering the fact that 70% of the passengers traveling to the USA have relatives staying in the USA and so need a deviation in their travel dates. Thus, to avoid paying any deviation charges we have kept this option open. You can let us know your travel dates and our team will work out the best airline cost option for you.
