• There are no refunds for any unused service eg: meals, sightseeing etc.
• In Europe most of the hotels Do Not have Air-Conditioners in their rooms as they enjoy more of cold climatic conditions.
• In Europe tap water is safe to drink therefore we request you to carry an empty bottle with You which you can fill whenever you wish to.
• Some of Hotels in Europe may not have tea making machines in rooms it’s advisable to carry your own tea kettle machines while on tour.
• It is mandatory to follow the Vaccination pre requirement of each country being visited during the tour and shall be the responsibility of the travelling guest.
• One full paying Adult or Child is allowed to keep only one piece of Big Bag and one piece of Back pack in the bus luggage space. Any additional baggage shall be charged at 50 Euros per piece of bag.
• Incidentals like drinks, snacks, in-room dining, TV channels, any room damages in the room, bathroom water overflow etc. while your stay at respective hotel will have to be bear & borne by clients.
• The Drivers Have To Follow The European Union Rules And Regulations And Cannot Exceed Their Driving Hours, It Is Advisable To Follow The Instructions For The Timings By The Tour Leader / Driver.
• The Paris & Interlaken Itinerary days might be changed and shuffled to accommodate the event days or weekends. The final itinerary shall be informed while on tour, however all the inclusions shall be provided.
• During the visit to Eiffel Tower – We have planned to visit the Level 3 – Summit, however sometimes in peak season, due to congestion or any other reason the Summit is closed for visit. In such a situation, we shall only visit Level 2 by Lift and no refunds shall be given for not being able to visit Level 3.

 

1. Choose Departure Date:

• Choose your preferred date of travel from the abundant travel dates available and connect with our offices for further information and detailing.

2. At the Time of Booking:

• A Non Refundable Booking Deposit of INR 50,000 per person to be paid for confirming your seat on the selected departure date.
• Clear Scanned Passport Copies of all the travelling guests.
• PAN Card Copies of all the Adult travelling guests.
• If your travel date is within 60 days of the booking of your tour then please provide all the above documents along with the visa related documents.

3. Payment Procedure (Per Person):

• Rs. 50,000 – To be paid at the time of booking (Non Refundable).
• Balance INR Portion to be paid within 30 days of the booking date.
• 100% of the Euro Amount to be paid 30 Days prior to the date of departure from India.

Please note:

• We are Tour Operators who are taking your booking for our tour date. We shall adhere to the statutory requirements of the Consulates of Various Countries and provide you with a list of documents to be produced.
• We will then apply for your visas at the respective consulates along with the documents given by you. During Peak Holiday Season, the processing time of visas is uncertain and usually increases substantially. The dispatch of passport, with visa granted or refusal of visa shall solely be at the discretion of the concerned Consulate office and at no point we can be made responsible for the same.
• The Consulate office provides for additional services like Premium Lounge, Courier of Passport or SMS Facility, etc. Any such facilities shall need to be paid directly by the guest and are not included in the visa charges as mentioned above.
• Any additional charges incurred due to the refusal of visa shall be at the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Incase of Refusal/Delay of Visa:

• Incase of the Schengen Visa not being granted, the guests may choose to reapply the visa, however all the charges for the reapplication shall be borne by the guests.
• Incase the guest is unable to travel due to visa not being granted or delayed, cancellation charges for Air Ticket, TGV, Disneyland, Mountain Peaks, 04 nights in Hotels and any other non refundable services booked already shall be applicable in addition to the visa fees with service charges paid to the application centre.

 

1) Travelling as a Couple:

• Passport: Original Passport, valid for at least 06 months from the date of travel with at least three unused/blank pages. The passport should not contain any observation. If there is an old passport, then please provide the same as well. If the old passport is lost then please provide the FIR copy of the lost passport.
• Photographs: 4 pieces of RECENT Colour Photographs (35mm x 45mm), White Background, Matte Finish, 80% Face should be visible. The photo should be clicked without any eyewear, hats, caps, masks etc. Ears should be clearly visible and Lips should be closed.

• Incase of Self Employed:

  • Original Covering Letter on the Company Letterhead signed by the applicant (Business Owner) with the name, designation & Landline number. The Letter should clearly mention the dates of travel and details about – who shall bear the expenses of the planned trip.
  • Copy of Personal ITR Challans for last 03 years with bar code
  • Copy of Company ITR Challans for last 03 years with bar code

• Incase of Employed:

  • A leave letter on the Company Letterhead from their employer with seal of the company shall be required. The letter should clearly state the designation of the applicant in the company and the length of their service tenure.
  • It should also mention the length of the leave being sanctioned, the travel dates of the applicant. Along with this Salary Slips of last 06 months are also required. The letter must also have the physical address as well as the contact details (Landline number, the designation and the signature of the authorized signatory.
  • Copy of Personal ITR Challans for last 03 years with bar code
• Bank Statement: Original Updated Bank Statement for the last 3 months with Applicant’s name, Account number along with seal and sign from the bank on each page.
• If the couple is newly married, a marriage certificate is mandatory during visa application. The same needs to be carried during the time of travel also.

2) Travelling as a Family:

• All the above mentioned documents are required.
• Children’s Birth Certificate (Incase of them being minor). To be carried during travel as well.
• For Students need to provide – ID Card Copies from School / College / University.

3) Child Travelling Without Parent(s):

• If a child (below 18 years of age) is travelling without parents then the parents are required to be present at the consulate centre for signing a consent form and the visa form must be signed by either one of the parents.
• Notarized NOC, signed by both or either parent(s) on a Rs. 100 stamp paper needs to be submitted.
• Passport copy of the parents for purposes of Signature Verification.
